The Rainbow Bridge to Valhalla

I don't know about others, but when I see grand scenery in Nature, I cannot but help but think of the gods crossing the rainbow bridge to Valhalla:

When I close my eyes I can hear the music, complete with Donner's thunder. I recently found myself driving through the mountains in a thunderstorm, and all I coud think of was das Rheingold!
